I am self quarantined and going a little stir crazy! I started this project yesterday and finished it up this morning. It was fun to experiment and get my mind off of the world for a while. I hope you are getting into your art spaces and just playing! Do something fun, experiment, and see what happens. This two-page spread in my large Dylusions journal was just that and I am happy with the results. I used Distress Spray Stain in Barn Door, some fluid acrylic in Red Iron Oxide, modeling paste, a bunch of papers as my base layer, and some Tattered Angels Color Wash in Green Tea. I found a cool image from a Life magazine (Feb 1922) and used that as my focal image. I hope you enjoy the process video!
