Before I head off to draw/ doodle/ journal on this page I feel the need to really pull the paint and the collage piece together. So more paint and there you have it. The colors that I have chosen in acrylics are the exact same watercolor palette I used for the original painting. Just one more reason to buy the same colors in whatever mediums you like to work with.
I wanted to save the writing at the bottom [in the black line] which had the title of the painting, but it ripped away with the washi tape so I just painted over it. I should have used the artists rule from the beginning.
