ART: Chelsea in bloom 2019

The wonderful under water world were created in the annual floral festival Chelsea in Bloom with the theme 'Under the sea' on the week 20-25 May 2019.

Inspired by needs to conserve and protect the world'd oceans, over 80 shops decorated their windows with the pearls, shells and corals, fish and mermaids, boats and anchors, sea horses, octopuses and tortillas.
