In this video I respond to Coach Greg Doucette and his take on Joseph Baena’s first bodybuilding show.
Joseph Baena, Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son, competed for the first time as a natural bodybuilder and the fitness industry is divided. Greg Doucette says he looked good for a natural… I completely disagree.
I break down his physique, conditioning, and overall look on stage, and explain why I think this is NOT what a competitive natural physique should look like. This turned into a back and forth, as Greg reacted to my take as well.
