hello guys! I know a posted a sketch PMV of Fenneltail in the past, (will be linked below soon), but I wanted to share his complete story. backstory is below! thank you all! my dream is that one day I can get Fenneltail popular enough to the point he can get his own map since his backstory has a lot of potential ^^ please consider commenting down below if you enjoyed this and want to see more of Fenneltail!



The story of Fenneltail.

As a kit, Fennelkit was born to Redwoodstar and WolfishClaw. Redwoodstar never liked WolfishClaw, and was quick to find a new mate, Flintfur. Wolfishclaw did not take well to this, and ended up taking her life later on. Fennel grew up despising his mother, as she classified him as a complete mistake and resented him when he gained his scars. Gorsefoot was mates with a beautiful She-cat, named Sagesplash. They had a kit named wolverine, who went missing. Distraught, Gorsefoot shifted his fatherly love to fennelpaw and Gorsefoot mentored Fenneltail into the warrior was today. As an apprentice, Fennelpaw had an extremely good friend, Bearpaw. Fennelpaw was confused with all his feelings, yet found out sooner later he had a crush on Bearpaw. Confessing his love, the two became mates as warriors.
Fennelpaw was betrayed by Sagestar, and named Rottenlimp. The warrior, horrifyed by this, ran away from Deltaclan. It was only a moon later when he was found in the forest by a Deltaclan patrol, when he came back. Sagestar finally gave the tom what he wanted. A name change. His name was returned back to Fenneltail, and finally, everything was back to normal.
Fenneltail oathed his loyalty to Deltaclan, and began deputy along side Gorsefoot's mate, Sagestar. Fenneltail was never happier. Though, Fenneltail’s eyes began to drift elsewhere. Tumblingrain, a beautiful queen caught his eyes. His feelings once again got gambled up, and found out he was Polyamorus. He confused this to tumbling and bear, and proposed that the three get into a polyamory relationship, but Bearsplash refused and attempted to killed Tumblingrain. Failing, he began to try to kill their kittens. He attempted to drown them, but once again failed at his task. Fenneltail was distraught after finding out one of his loves was trying to kill his kits, and refused to talk to anyone until things were solved. When Bearsplash soon apologized for his actions, Fenneltail forgave the tomcat and eventually the three molded into a Polyamorus relationship. When Sagestar died, Fenneltail became Fennelstar. But, he was only granted 5 lives instead of 9. His enemy, TigersBlaze took a total of 3 of his lives during battle. His other two lives were lost after an accident. Fennelstar and Tumblingrain's kits were named Gorsewish and Robineyes. Fennelstar lost his mate to unknown causes, and was absolutely heartbroken. He refused to eat completely, even though many of his clan mates were concerned. Because the tom chose to ignore the suggestions, he began to hallucinate. So bad that.. he had a hallucination about his mother telling him how much of a mistake he was. In that moment, he broke down and retaliated to his "mother". However, when his hallucination ended.. a body was Infront of him. Gorsewish's body. His last words were " Dad?.. "
Fenneltail never forgave himself, and in that moment, clawed out his own throat.
