helloooooo hiii hello finally an animatic with these guys, I've had them for like 3 years already
also sorry for the lack of animation in this one, I am lowkey going blind and just staring at the screen is tiring
(Also guys if you do art too I highly recommend using the degradation map in CSP, you just add yor values in grey and then add color with the map and it looks so much better and it's faster, that's it :3)
in the first half we can see Otilia and Edel Klein. both fire salamanders,they grew up almost like siblings since Otilia's family welcomed Edel to their house after his father was kidnapped by humans. in this same altercation he was attacked and lost big part of his tail (this was a "game" human soldiers did to torture) Edel uses a prosthesis since his tail takes longer to regenerate.
Edel grew obviously terrified of humans, but also fascinated by their technology. he always likes ships and planes. Male salamanders are typically smaller, but he was always even shorter than everyone else.
But Otilia hated humans deeply and still does. Now Otilia lives in a oasis with a large group of amphibians, she barely speaks but when she does everyone listens carefully.
When Ronette tried to steal the star and destroyed El Azulejo, the remains of the energy left a giant nebula in the sky, as a reminder of the world humans destroyed.
