This is the world's first CEN B6/NIJ III armored GMC Savana passenger van that is capable of running on very high sulfur diesel fuel. The engine and powertrain has been extensively modified by International Armored Group to cope with the high sulfur content, commonly found throughout Iraq and Afghanistan.
This armored vehicle comfortably seats 8 passengers while being completely protected on all sides against high powered rifles, 7.62 x 51mm M80 NATO ball rounds, 5.56 x 45mm SS109 ball rounds and all equal or lesser weapons. The floor is completely lined with certified steel capable of withstanding simultaneous detonation of 2x DM51 German hand grenades.
