Current view of a Thursday morning in Yerevan’s Republic Square. While there were large protests through the weekend in the Square, it has been quiet here, with a small police presence from Monday to today. Small groups in the Square at night with a megaphone/speaker, otherwise a typical evening with people going out to eat and milling about.

As of this morning the news is reporting over 50,000 refugees have crossed into Armenia.

I will attempt to filmed from the Square tonight to give a better idea of life at the heart of the city.
