No Surtr? No problem. This tactic will work universally, Challenge Mode or not.

Keep in mind the following:
1. True Silver Slash will make the first wave manageable.
2. Get the drones. All of it, if possible,
3. Hold back the archers so that you won't need to deploy healers.
4. In lieu of Surtr, a combo of Eyja (any caster) and Ifrit (or Haze) will melt the enemy right before the twins.
5. Use the stun bombs on the twins and nowhere else.
