This should be a caster and sniper playground, but prepare extra defenders and Silverash just in case. Arrange the roadblocks in such a way the enemies file in one corridor, as seen here. Get defenders or effective DPS hitters to thin the crowd, especially in challenge mode where their movement speed is increased.

And use those mines. The nerf against enemies can be the winning factor.
