If you have Phantom, capturing the towers should be quick and easy. Everything else is bruteforce with skill timing. Beware of double-health enemies, and make sure you have enough skill duration to kill them in their second phase.

And make sure your operators have enough health in challenge mode as two of them towers will be hostile.

Use stun bombs to stall hardhitters.
