SilverAsh (or Thorns, Surtr, etc), snipers, casters, healers. And maybe one defender. Done. Easiest bruteforce even with SkullShatterer. Your casters will handle the DEF increase of the enemies in challenge mode. Tactics here will apply in both normal and challenge mode scenarios.
