She may not be the actual Theresa, but it is close enough. Amiya made the right choice for using Theresa's memories for the Civilight Eterna. The real Theresa deserves to rest in peace.
Anyways, well done for Kari Wahlgren on voicing 'not-Theresa'. She got her calming personality and soothing voice. It's probably what she would've sound too if she was alive and an operator.
