(Im)proper way to use Meebos.

Risks:
- All friendly units have -50% Max HP
- All friendly units have -25% ATK
- Caster and Defender Operators cannot be deployed
- Natural DP regeneration rate is reduced by 25%
- Max Squad size is reduced to 8 Operators

Unused:
- All friendly units have -50% ATK (special contract mission)
- Close-range units cannot be deployed
