if the selected Operator retreat/ded in battlefield, the duration of [Mouth of Calamity] is Extended. After the skill ends, Enter Phase 2
Phase 2:
[Land Unextinguished]
Launches a fireball at a target, dealing Arts Damage.
Leaves behind flames around the target that continuously deal Arts Damage.
Prioritizes target that are not already standing in the flames.
When HP reaches 0, [Mouth Of Calamity] is cast again.
After the skill Ends, return to the battlefield and enter phase 3
Phase 3:
Periodically takes flight for a period of time.
While airborne, it does not perform normal attacks, but instead casts [Land Unextinguished] much more frequently.
After a prolonged period of battle, it casts [Mouth of Calamity] once again.

Lord of Hounds, whose body is the Black Flow Forest of Trees itself. Its blood nourishes the lands of Bolívar, and the generations of life that have flourished here. But a sinister plot pierced through it — the ache of that emptiness awakened an eternal hunger, one that seeks to claim the life of this land to fill the sun that has become a black hollow.

When HP reaches 0 for the first time, performs a carpet bombing run across the rows occupied by three allied units that are not airborne. After reviving, gains [Territory Declaration!].
