Here is the english voice lines for the operator that probably has the worst codename to me - Bobbing... Like idk why they thought of him having that nickname given that his name is 'Eliseo'. We could've have two Dimas's lmao.
I do like how he is not prone to violence and is more of the negotiatior by the looks of it.

But anyways, Griffyn Bellah did a solid work for voicing him. He sounded calm and collected but can be sweet and adorable at times, especially when he asks us for hug.

Griffyn Bellah is a 22 year-old American actor/ writer born and raised in Ellensburg Washington, and currently based in Liverpool. His latest work has been in both the theatre and behind the mic.
And Bobbing might be his first video game role, so I applaud him for doing it well.
