Taken from the album ‘Anthony – Pools of Sorrow, Waves of Joy’ to be re-released on September 12

My 1993 solo album ‘Pools of Sorrow, Waves of Joy’, under the name of Anthony, will be re-released on September 12. Being a Knight myself, I am proud to present you the videoclip of my newly recorded song ‘Days of the Knights’. I think you can clearly hear the roots of Ayreon in this song!

Zora Cock (Blackbriar) provided excellent backing vocals and Troy Donockley (Nightwish) played some mean Uillean pipes. As on most of my latest albums, Koen Herfst laid down a solid basis on drums and Jurriaan Westerveld added some great cello.

I couldn’t resist hiding some (7!) silly Monty Python references in this video, can you spot them?
