This is a quick compilation of some 3D footage I recently shot of Arizona Monsoon thunderstorms. Shot using a pair of Sony PMW-F3's on a Genus Hurricane 3D rig in side by side mode. The interaxial varied between 300mm and 500mm to try to get some depth into the shots. I also took a few still photos (not shown here) where the IA was 50m! The sunset and dark shots in this clip have been rotoscoped and tweaked to enhance the 3D effect still further.
