Born to immigrant parents from Ecuador, Ariel Farinango says he witnessed first-hand how his family built a better life for themselves by starting a small business. Wanting to expand on their success, the Career Prep Fellow is pursuing a career in finance. With the help of MLT and the guidance of his coach, Ariel was able to secure an investment banking internship with Chicago-based firm, William Blair & Company.
