“We Are Argonne” tells the lab’s story through the eyes of our best storytellers: the diverse members of our world-class community of talent, our unsung heroes.

The brief videos in this ongoing series showcase our people and how they contribute to achieving the lab’s goals in scientific research; how they support the lab’s culture of excellence, collaboration, recognition, and reward; and how they exemplify the lab’s efforts to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion. As you’ll see, their commitment to supporting and carrying out our science mission comes shining through.

Meet Tina Henne. Tina emphasizes that there is always an opportunity to learn. She highlights that mentoring is a collaborative process centered on sharing experiences and knowledge.

Mentoring, coaching, and guiding our employees is something that we do all year long. Employees at Argonne can sign up to be a mentor, or a mentee, so that our workforce is supported and can develop new skills on their professional development journey.
