Tension and extra movement are your enemies when playing fast sections. And as you saw in part one, ramping up the metronome isn't the fix either.
What actually works: practicing fast mechanics, minimal movement, and staying relaxed. Get comfortable with that feeling first, and speed will follow. Share this with someone who has difficulties with fast sections and needs to hear this!
