'Áre you ready to die?'

A man wearing a Chucky doll mask allegedly targeted six people at random in Philadelphia — and chillingly asked a female jogger if she was ready to die, police said.

The masked suspect terrorized people going about their business within a crazed 15 minute window and remains at large.
