Yes, this was a real show that aired on ABC back in 2003. I can imagine in a boardroom somewhere, the idea of "American Idol, but instead of singing, we look for hot people, because who cares about talent!" came up, and a bunch of people thought "Wow, this is a GREAT idea!" The show flopped miserably, it got terrible ratings, which means that barley anyone even watched it. Found some episodes, and decided to edit some of the...ummm…"Best" parts.
