We sometimes say 'true colours' to refer to the parts of ourselves that are genuine, authentic, and natural. These are the aspects that feel most like us, which may sometimes be dulled or lost over time or for various reasons.
Fancy joining me to make mini-zines to reconnect with those parts of ourselves and explore whether and how we might begin to express them in places and with people where we currently feel unable to do so.
