If nothing has meaning… why do anything at all?

If you’re a nihilist, nothing we do has significance. There’s no inherent good or bad. No ultimate truth. Just… nothing.

And that thought can crush you. It breeds despair, pessimism, and even depression. “What am I even doing here?” you may think.

Or perhaps you escape by drowning yourself in pleasures and distractions; anything to avoid the void.
