Steps we took to salvage what we could and repair the foundation ourselves:
1. Removed the original mobile home frames
2. Dug out the perimeter with our excavator
3. Removed the blocks that needed repairing and chiseled the old mortar off of them
4. Winched the stem walls straight and reinforced them
5. Powerwashed the foundation
6. Built a new stem wall and added additional braces
7. Caulked the exterior and added 2 coats of waterproof membrane
8. Added dimple mat to help with hydrostatic pressure
9. Rebuilt the concrete walls
10. Added a French drain around the perimeter
11. Backfilled the perimeter
12. Added rebar into the walls and prepared for concrete day!
