Our recent Campus Liberty Tour debate at the University of Wyoming asked the question, "Is institutional neutrality necessary to preserve the university as a forum for open inquiry rather than an actor in political disputes?" In this clip, Todd Wolfson, Professor at Rutgers University and President of AAUP, argues that aggressive actions taken by the federal government are forcing universities to take political stances, rather than staying neutral.
