After making my video about the different kekkei genkai in Naruto, I received a handful of comments with people telling me that "Obito and Tobi are the same person!" Which I ask you... Are they?
So I figured maybe it's time someone finally address this question and gives some clear cut answers. So today, we will be explaining Tobi.
