Brainiac75 | Are lasers safer with rechargeable batteries? @brainiac75 | Uploaded June 2021 | Updated October 2024, 3 days ago.
I wonder what the best and easiest way to lower a laser's power output is? I have used an ND filter earlier, but it is not without issues.
Could I simply switch to rechargeable batteries in stead of alkalines? They have 20% lower voltage after all.
And how well does my ND filter work in reality? Like specified? I will also demonstrate how to test the strength of an unlabelled, mystery filter.
ND8 filter donated earlier by wickedlasers.com for their show laser, like I use it in my video on divergence: youtu.be/GK8lzaFwUBg
