Fat nuggets is angel dusts pet piglet that appears a couple times throughout the show.

One interesting fan theory that’s been around for several years is that their dynamic is based on the children’s book called charlotte’s web.

That book details the story of a pig called Wilbur and his friendship with a barn spider named Charlotte. Charlotte sees that wilbur is going to be slaughtered, so she saves his life by weaving words in her web. The book has a bittersweet ending where charlotte passes away from old age, however her spider children hatch and keep wilbur company.

Personally i think it’s just a cute coincidence, and the story isn’t foreshadowing anything in hazbin hotel. Fat nuggets was a gift from valentino to angel, as a way of lovebombing him. Angel is in a bad relationship, but nuggets lifts his spirits and keeps him living.
