Yes, that's the demo of the famous (not for good reasons) Half-Life 2 mod that tried to be Half-Life 3.
This demo was more enjoyable than the final release, It has some good ideas, such as stealth sections, keypads, customizable gameplay, secondary objectives, randomized loot and multiple paths you can take.

Be aware that this mod is very unstable, i recommend using my Source 2007 patch to avoid some crashes:

For context:
Missing Information is one of the earliest Half-Life 2 Beta-themed mods. Its last version available on ModDB, is from 2011 and runs on the Source SDK Base 2007. The mod was scheduled for release on Steam in 2019, but Valve denied its release due to the use of leaked content. Nothing else has been released for the mod since then.
My goal is to port the mod to the Source SDK Base 2013 singleplayer. I plan to release the code as open source once the project is finished.
