Hiya! I've been gone a while and I'll have a deeper explanation video for you soon, but the gist of it is that I have been diagnosed with chronic acute-onset prostatitis and the symptoms and treatment have left me more than a little out of shape and very emotionally drained. Regardless, finally having a proper diagnosis and a plan of action is relieving to say the least! Recuperating is going well but slowly, so in the meantime I'm going back through my archives to find some gems I never got around to posting, starting with one of my favorite streams I've ever done. Each year on my birthday I do a full stream of a game I just plain enjoy. It turns out I, uh, forgot to publish 2018's! Before Bioshock, there was... Harry Potter. Thats right, I got back into speedrunning The Surge! And I almost immediately cut half an hour off of the world record! This run was a lot of fun, and Im still hoping for one with no deaths, but Ive got my route down pretty much to a science and now its just a matter of playing better and better until 1h 15m is possible.
