In this video, I'm using one of my Archfiend decks that utilises the standard Emperor/Empress combo, in addition to the utility Fabled cards give with their "discard for cost" triggered effects. The extra effects from Fabled cards lets you maintain card advantage and opens up synchro plays! Summon the powerful Halqifibrax using this build and go into Beelze, an old but powerful boss monster. This is my Archfiends vs Amazoness duel for the June 2021 format!
My deck takes advantage of Archfiend Empress' summoning power in addition to excellent fiend support such as Tour Guide from the Underworld, Fiendish Rhino Warrior and Scarm, Malebranche of the Burning Abyss! Being able to maintain high level fiends on the field whilst also benefitting from destruction effects is the main gameplay feature of Archfiends. The side strategy can be flexible with this deck, whether that's Dingirsu for sending, Zeus, or some generic Extra Deck monsters such as Zombiestein and Beelze of the Diablolic Dragons.
Amazoness are a battled focused deck that truly excels in the battle phase. They have cards that reflect battle damage, auto banish or destroy during battle regardless of attack power, can attack everything your opponent controls with a single monster and even effects such as piercing! Their field spell, Amazoness Village, keeps your board healthy by replacing Amazoness' who fall in battle with additional warriors! Their fusion monster, Amazoness Empress, floats into Queen which protects your monsters in battle, and Empress herself is protected from both battle and card effects. Very fun deck and very consistent!
