This is from the Archeage All in a Dayru's work event running from July 8th, to July 19th, 2016.

Event is started via the divine clock. 1 Per Day.
First quest requires you to make or gather 5 special Iron Ingots, (10 iron ore each).
Second quest requires you to make a cauldron
Third quest requires you to place the cauldron and craft 2 daru summoning potions
Fourth quest requires you to craft a vocation tonic.

The Daru boxes come from the Summoning potions. You summon a Daru, and talk with him to receive a gift box.

As of the initial posting the best item I have heard about is a red regrade charm, which I got personally.
