Slow but good progress on the Arcade Cabinet this week. I started laying out a template I'm going to be using for the sides. First, in Google SketchUp then on a piece of 2x2 1/4" plywood.

I lucked out and purchased a Sears Craftsman Pro Router kit on clearance for a great deal. I'm going to need this when I use my template to cut the actual side pieces, as well as for cutting the slots for the t-molding.

Also, need to start thinking about how to wire the power switch to the Dell Zino so that I can turn the system on without having to take the back off the cabinet.

Lots of planning but this is where it's worth taking the time to make it right.
