The Clean Dream is a quest you can complete in Arc Raiders, it takes place Spaceport and The Blue Gate and this video serves as a walkthrough for the full quest. You need to return to monitor the filtration system in the Tunnels at Spaceport, then head to the Maintenance Bunker at The Blue Gate. The quest steps are as follows:

[0:00] On Spaceport, search 4 Containers in the Underground Tunnels
[0:45] Find and Monitor any Filtration System in the Tunnels
[1:34] On The Blue Gate, visit the Maintenance Bunker
[2:08] Monitor the Purification System in the Bunker
