With ARC Raiders' May content update, along with a few things added to the game, another step in attempting to rebalance Augments were made. Until this point, most MK3 augments weren't necessarily the most valuable items with the Survivor being the one you've likely heard of the most or even used the most. However, with the update, the Tactical MK3 Healing and Combat MK3 Flanking were both buffed.
