The Arbot-LT is a cost effective, pre-engineered, robotic palletizing cell. The cell includes a multi-axis robot and dual zone vacuum plate gripper to securely handle one or two cases at a time. A “smart” infeed conveyor singulates product for picking and automatic pallet handling discharges completed pallets and loads empties.We utilize Yaskawa Motoman’s Pallet Solver® software that dramatically simplifies product set-up and pallet pattern management. For enhanced safety, we include Robotic Functional Safety (FSU), along with a fully interlocked operator door and light curtain.
Capacities:
• Maximum height: 80” (including pallet)
• Maximum product: 16” x 32” x 12” (single pick) 12” x 6” x 12” (double)
• Maximum product weight: 60Lbs (single) 30Lbs each (double)
• Minimum product: 6” x 6”x 4”
• Nominal rate: 15 cases per minute
