We have lots of problems to address on our new property, and you can add the root rot of a massive maple tree to the list. A certified arborist from Limb Walker in Louisville, Kentucky came out to inspect several of our trees. It didn't take long for him to zero in on a giant maple tree we have in front of our house that has fungus at the base. He said if left untreated, the fungus would eventually cause the tree to topple.
