The Arab Woman Awards held its 11th annual awards ceremony in
celebration of the inspirational women across the UAE who have played
a vital role in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.

HH Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum was awarded for her
‘10 Million Meals’ campaign that secured donations to provide meals to
communities that were hit hard by the pandemic HH Sheikha Shamma bint
Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan was announced as the UAE’s most
inspirational women of the year for her work as an entrepreneur,
philanthropist and published author, as UAE doctors were recognised
for their vital contribution to the COVID-19 crisis throughout the
ceremony.

Held under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak
al Nahyan and in partnership with UN Women, sponsored by Majid Al
Futtaim and presented by Harper's Bazaar Arabia in Mall of the Emirates at
