Hello. I assembled this AR myself using an Olympic Arms 16 inch barrel and I used a Mega Machine shop upper and lower receiver. Mega is located in Tumwater Wa. and they are pretty new to making receivers but I must say the quality is very good. The forward grip I have mounted on the barrel has a spring loaded bipod that retracts at the push of a button.....how cool is that! The adjustable stock is one I has lying around for awhile. Its an older 3 position aluminum stock that works well for me in the center position.
