This month’s topic: APRS Practical Field Use
When I first got into the hobby, I was excited to explore APRS. Unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations, and I long ago abandoned it. However, with newer radios that make using APRS more intuitive and a reset on my mindset on how to best use APRS; I’m giving it another look.
The Scout75 Livestream is a monthly livestream on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00pm Central.
The stream starts off on a topic related to portable radio and we won’t know where it goes.
The target audience is the more preparedness minded people, both “hams” and those outside the amateur radio hobby.
