In Java 20, Oracle's developers accidentally introduced a similar bug which was present in java versions 1.4.2 and earlier. This bug allowed you to predictably get whatever number you wanted, if you ran a Java random function at a specific time. This is the same way that Minecraft generates random seeds, so you can abuse this to get a specific seed. In this case, I used it to generate the same seed Zylenox got in his former world record. And, I barely beat his time, despite me playing this run absolutely terribly (I've been testing this exploit for hours, so I wasn't warmed up at all).
This likely won't be allowed for runs, but it's pretty funny that this bug returned nearly 20 years later.
Sidenote, as of now, Minecraft will not open if you attempt to run it with mods using Java 20. So I couldn't use SpeedrunIGT, I manually retimed myself, and that is the timer you see in the top right.

As of today, Illumina no longer holds a single main board world record. Ever since January of 2019, my goal for this game was to get this WR. This is the category I started running this game with. When I quit running this category in late 2019, I thought I would never get record. However, I recently had a new fire within me to get this record. And after a little over a week of runs, I did it. I want to thank everyone in the pre-1.9 community. I would probably still be suffering through 1.16 otherwise. 2/4 WRs, taking all the NTT Pre-1.9 Glitched records soon. Also want to get sub 6 in this category, although sub 5, sub 4, even sub 3 is entirely possible with a god seed.

only my music audio got recorded because windows messes up my audio stuff every time I turn off my pc, because of course it does
you can hear part of my reaction at 25:30 when i realize my audio was messed up. Unfortunately you will never hear my full reaction, because I got very emotional. If you could have heard it, you would know how much this time means to me. I put a lot of work into pre-1.9 for this, and Im very happy I finally got sub 25. I got robbed of it so many times, and almost got robbed of it again here. This could have been sub 23 if the dragon wasnt so bad.")

Pretty mid run. Super lucky near the beginning, Baron took a while to show up though. Lost a lot of time to playing way too safe due to nerves. I lost like 45 seconds to the eye because I forgot about the negative luchador I had lol. This is the first run where I pulled an unseeded Perkeo during my grind, after pulling 8 other legendaries (every single one except for Perkeo, and half of them were Canios lol). Very improvable, but it needs a lot of luck (and just playing smarter). Maybe Ill continue playing this, but I also need to get back to my studies.
As far as I know, this is the fastest that anyone has ever gotten naneinf on a completely random seed, which is cool.")
