That's right, y'all ... I've gone vegan. At least 95% of the time - I'm not going to turn down my daddy's hand-harvested backstrap, but aside from that, I'm all plant-based. So hide your jicama, boys, cause Gypsy's on a vegan kick and no plant is safe!! Please excuse my jammies ... it's late.
