The new Apple Watch Ultra 3 goes up for pre-order today and for those who are curious about the durability of an Apple Watch Ultra before they order, I thought I would share my experience of my 3 year old generation 1 Apple Watch Ultra and how it as held up over time. The main reason I purchased and Apple Watch Ultra was for durability as I was constantly scratching and breaking the glass of the regular Apple Watch, they would be in pretty rough shape after about 6 months. My Apple Watch Ultra after 3 years is almost flawless, not a scratch on the screen and no blemishes on the body. It looks as good as the day I purchased it 3 years ago. I forgot to mention in the video, my battery health is at 87% after 3 years, I still get all day usage.
