Dear Loyal Patrons

Having collected the apples form Stephen Hayes Orchard, I conducted our first apple pressing with our new equipment.

I invited over some friends to help press the apples over the best part of 4 hours.

We used: a Speidle Centrifugal Mill, a 40L Hydro-Press and various buckets to collate the apple in its various states. We collated about 100L from about 125kg of apples.

I filmed this using: two GoPro Hero 7's and one GoPro 360 Max
