Apple Pay is Finally Coming to India. Yes, after 12 years of launch in the US, Apple is finally considering bringing this to India this October.
You’ll be able to add your Mastercard and Visa credit cards to Apple Wallet and simply tap your iPhone or Apple Watch to pay at stores. And for online shopping, you can use pay with just a click. And the best part? You’ll still get all your credit card benefits like rewards, cashback, and even EMI options. Plus, you can even use it in Metros instead of tapping card.
There’s one BIG catch though. It won’t support RuPay cards and UPI support at the launch, but it could be coming later.
