After watching this review you will know how the new Apple Mac mini M1 compares to other Macs.

In my opinion, those Mac minis are great entry-level Macs, ideal for college and home office use.

From my testing the performance is excellent for surfing the web, writing emails, working on documents, photos, or even videos.

However, when it comes to video editing I found that the Intel Mac mini's onboard graphics was a bit too slow.

Now granted there are differences based on which video codecs one uses, or how complex your projects are.

In my opinion, the new Mac Mini M1 is an excellent and very energy-efficient computer, and while I still believe the graphics performance could be better the M1 is surprisingly good at video editing.

In conclusion, the Mac mini is a great beginner Mac, that is compact, energy-efficient, and easy to use.
