![The previous owner couldnt fix this C64: Can I?
Heres a sad C64 motherboard as seen on a recent Turbo Mail Call episode. Someone had previously damaged this motherboard by yanking out three chips. This sent the previous owner on a journey trying to fix this board, which resulted in almost all of the chips being socketed and swapped out. Nothing worked, so can I get it working?

![The NEC APC runs MS-DOS from 8 disks
The year was 1982 and NEC entered the home computer market (outside Japan) with the NEC APC, or Advanced Personal Computer. The machine sported an Intel 8086 CPU, ran MS-DOS and sported dual integrated 8 floppy drives! In this video Ill take a look at the machine inside and out, and do a repair on it so I can get it working again.

![This 8 hard drive doesnt seem to exist (or does it?)
In this day and age, we are used to being able to find information about technology that existed, even stuff from the early 80s. This 8 hard drive made by Hokushin seems to be pretty much undocumented. A mystery.
Is there any hope of getting this drive hooked up to a computer and working?

![A software defined VGA and Z80 card for your Apple II (V2 Analog)
Were taking a look at the V2 Analog, an awesome open source (OSS/OSH) project for the Apple II to give the machine not only VGA output but a high speed Z80 for CPM, all in a small open source card using easily obtainable parts.
The card also has a lot of potential to be able to add all sorts of additional functionality to the Apple II, all just with firmware updates!
