The original Apple II could only do 15-colors in 40x48 mode; this code cycle-counts and races the beam and makes 15 colors in a 40x192 mode (though 192 resolution only covers 1/3 the screen).
Note: this is not double lores or double hires found on later models, this code will run on an original machine from 1977.
